2021 Project Achievement Awards - Submissions Due

The 7^th Annual Construction Management Project Achievement Awards program recognizes outstanding achievement in the practice of construction management. The awards program is designed to recognize and promote professionalism and excellence in the management of the construction process. Awards will be given to Texas-based CM practitioners for projects and programs that reflect this mission. To be eligible, projects, programs, or program phases must have achieved substantial, final, or a major phase completion during January 2019–January 2021.

This competition is open to all Texas-based CM/PM Firms. Multiple entries from one firm are accepted. Entries may be submitted in more than one category and may be awarded in more than one category. Separate nomination packages and entry fees must be submitted for each category of nomination, if submitted in more than one category.

All projects must be constructed by firms based in the State of Texas.

All entries must be received by CMAA by:  EXTENDED TO June 18, 2021

Award Categories

Transportation (includes Highways, Transit, Airports, etc.)

•              Constructed value up to $50M
•              Constructed value between $50M and $100M
•              Constructed value greater than $100M

Public Works (includes Water, Wastewater, Flood Control, Parks, etc.)

•              Constructed value up to $5M
•              Constructed value between $5M and $15M
•              Constructed value greater than $15M

Buildings (includes Education, Health Care, Commercial, Hospitality, Government, etc.)

New Construction

•       Constructed value up to $15M
•       Constructed value between $15M and $25M
•       Constructed value greater than $25M

Renovation/Modernization

•              Constructed value up to $10M
•              Constructed value greater than $10M

International (includes Transportation, Public Works and Buildings projects outside the U.S.)

Infrastructure

• Any value
