Come hear Clay Roby, Managing Director of Stillwater Capital, update us on the construction of PGA of America’s new home in Frisco, TX.  Stillwater Capital is co-developing the new 600 acre mixed-use development in partnership with Omni Hotels, the PGA of America, and the City of Frisco.  With an initial investment exceeding $500 million, the world-class golf courses will open in the summer of 2022 and the hotel will open in the summer of 2023.  The facility will be open to the public and will host numerous PGA events including the PGA Championship, Women’s PGA Championship, Senior PGA Championship, and numerous amateur events.   The program includes two 18-hole golf courses, a 500 key Omni Hotel, a 127,000 SF conference facility, the PGA of America Headquarters, a golf training academy, and a golf-focused retail experience area.
