The beneficial implementation of Lean processes in the field can be hamstrung by a variety of factors – lack of time or access to adequate training, the presentation of overly-complex processes and confusing tools, an inability to translate executive-driven Lean concepts into the application of real-world construction practices, and more.

A Blueprint for Builder’s Lean illustrates the immediate value and provides a how-to guide specifically for field personnel that will allow them to begin making meaningful changes in their teams and on their projects.

Attendees will walk away with an easy-to-follow blueprint and implementation plan to lead their team and dramatically improve their project delivery process through the following principles:

#1 – Daily Huddles
#2 – Visual Communication
#3 – Constraint Management
#4 – Pull Planning
#5 – Last Planner System and Look-Ahead
#6 – Root Cause Analysis through Percent Plan Complete (PPC)
